Terms and Conditions

SeaKisses Limited reserves the right to withdraw the supply of goods at any time.


All goods remain the property of SeaKisses Limited (referred to as ‘the company’ henceforth) until paid for in full.

Due to the current economic climate we have decided that we must request pro forma payment from all customers.



The company does not operate a sale or return policy.

Any return, replacement or repair of goods is dependent on you reporting the damage or fault at the time of delivery and logging the complaint with the courier at time of delivery and reporting it to the company within 24hrs.

The company reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or cancel the contract or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you.

Delivery Procedure

The Company should be notified of any damages within 24 hours of the time of delivery.

Shortages cannot be rectified afterwards. Upon delivery from the company or the companies appointed carrier all quantities must be checked and signed for.

Any damages or shortages must be declared on the consignment note as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Carriage order value of £200.

Free delivery is available to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. We can also arrange delivery to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Worldwide export. If you need delivery to one of these destinations we can discuss delivery charges and timescales. Deliveries may be affected by bank holidays.


Products need to be stored in cool, dry ambient conditions and not over stacked.

Damages caused by poor storage conditions will not be credited.

The company reserve the right to change products, packaging and case sizes where necessary.

Price lists are correct at time of print. The company reserve the right to change prices at any time.

By placing an order with the company, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that these supersede any previously agreed terms.
