We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment. If there is a problem with any product that you have ordered we will contact you immediately.
Free Delivery is available on orders over £50 to the UK mainland and are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail.
Our standard delivery service to the UK mainland is sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail within 2 working days of the date of the order - from £2.95 - P&P is calculated at the checkout.
*A guaranteed next day delivery service is available to the UK mainland via DPD with a minimum charge of £5.95. All orders for this service must be received before 11.30am, Monday - Thursday. Any order taken on a Friday before 11.30am will be delivered on the Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a Bank Holiday). The actual P&P is calculated at the checkout. An option for a delviery before 12pm is also available and the price is calculated at the checkout.
International Delivery Charges:
Western Europe: From £5.95 3-5 days from despatch
Rest of World: From £11.95 5-14 days from despatch
All parcels will require a signature on receipt.
Your SeaKisses products should arrive in perfect condition but, if this is not the case please let us know as soon as it arrives and we will send you a replacement print.
If you wish to return your product please make sure that you send it back to us within seven days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. We aim to process your refund within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
